Monitoring-only DMARC protects no one
Most stores run their domain at p=none or have misaligned sending tools. That configuration doesn't block anyone from sending email that appears to come from your brand, and it's one of the signals mailbox providers weigh when deciding where your Klaviyo flows and order emails land.
Nothing in Shopify or Klaviyo will ever flag this for you. It only shows up in an external audit — which is probably how you got my email.
